APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Nancy Verburgt
WHEREAS, a certified survey nap has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel redivision of Parcel 1 of CSM No. 5026 owned by
Nancy Verburgt, and
WHEREAS, this survey was previously approved indicating the
owner as Jim Verburgt, and will be amended to include the City
Engineer's recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a two parcel division of the Nancy Verburgt property
subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
