AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WEDGING WORK
LADWIG DRIVE SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the amount $4,298.33 has been determined by Resolution
#168-86 to have been the responsibility of Super Excavators, and
WHEREAS, Super Excavators have objected to this determination,
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Officials have discussed the
responsibility of the wedging costs, and
WHEREAS, the forced main project was constructed in the area
where the wedging was required, and
WHEREAS, the road was accepted by the City without requiring
wedging when the forced main project was completed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined that the Ladwig
Drive Sewer Project did not create the conditions that require
wedging.
0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby amend Resolution #168-86 adopted July 22,
1986, to stipulate that the City is accepting the $4,298.33 with
payment to be made from the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project Borrowed
Money Account.
