RESOLUTION #199-86 (As Amended) RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RS-2 (OPD) ZONING PROPOSED BY GREGORY BOEHM WHEREAS, Gregory Boehm has petitioned the Council to rezone the property located on Woods Road and Lannon Drive in the NW 114 of Section 15 from RS-2 to RS-2 (OPD) for the purpose of constructing a planned unit development, and WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the rezoning request, and WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of approving the concepts which so far have been presented by Gregory Boehm, and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned Gregory Boehm's request. unit developments have been met, said deferral pursuant to NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that it approves of the concept of the project proposed by Gregory Boehm, and defers acting on the rezoning request until all requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit developments have been met, said deferral pursuant to Gregory Boehm's request.
