WAIVING CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ROLAND HAUT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby
waive the requirement of a certified survey map for the
division of the Roland Haut property since the parcels are over
20 acres in area and not intended for development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $200.00 park dedication fee.
