APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(BushbergerfKurer)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a three parcel division of the Wayne Bushberger and Lynn Kurer
property in the NW 114 of Section 12 shown as Lots 11, 12, and
13, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
finalize a three parcel dlvision of the BushbergerlKurer
property in the NW 114 of Section 12 shown as Lots 11, 12, and
13, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that thls approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $400.00 in lieu of park
Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to apprwal of a Developer's Agreement.
