APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN LEKFIELD
AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
(REMOVAL OF CLAY)
WHEREAS, the owner of the Lekfield property and the petitioner,
Donald DeBack Grading, have requested that the City amend its
restoration plan as to the Lekfield property located at S93
W21095 Henneberry, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to have the entire property restored.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to
execute the attached agreement as amended after it has been
executed by all other parties, and contingent upon bonds or
other security satisfactory to the City, and deed restrictions
satisfactory to the City being submitted, all necessary fees
being paid, and approved by the City Engineer.
