AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR
INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDN. NO. 1
MASTER TITLE POLICY
WHEREAS, in order to provide title policies to buyers of
Industrial Park Addn. No. 1 parcels, it is in the best
interests of the City to obtain a Master Title Policy, which
will allow subsequent policies to be issued at a reduced rate, and
WHEREAS, the City's broker, Mooney and Associates, and the
be authorized to prepare the Master Title Policy: Title
Finance Committee have recommended that the following company
Insurance of Minnesota at a cost of $1,350 with funds from the
Industrial Park borrowed money account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign any legal documents in the name of the City. 0 DATED THIS 72th DAY OF August , 1986.
