WHEREAS, the following bids were received for the installation of
water mains on Hwy. 24 from Mercury to Hillendale (Project MW-1-
86) :

and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Public Water Committee have
recommended acceptance of the low bid submitted by Michels
Pipeline Constr. in the amount of $204,229.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Water
Committee, does hereby accept the low bid of Michels Pipeline
Construction in the amount of $204,229.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
