AUTHORIZING PAYNE 6 DOLAN TO DO WEDGING WORK
ON WOODS ROAD IN LADWIG DRIVE SEWER PROJECT AREA
WHEREAS, in order to apply the surface course to Woods Road in
the area of the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project, it is necessary to
by Super Excavators while doing the Woods Road Interceptor and
do wedging work since settling occured where the cut was made
Force Main Project, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that Payne and
Dolan do the wedging work under the 1986 Road Improvement
Program, with payment to be made by the City and billed to
Super Excavators.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize Payne and Dolan to do the
wedging work on Woods Road in the area of the Ladwig Drive
Sewer Project as part of the 1986 Road Improvement Program,
with payment to be made by the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project
Borrowed Money Account.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk is hereby directed to
bill Super Excavators for the cost of the wedging work.
