DIRECTING ATTORNEY REGARDING CLAIM FILED AGAINST
CITY REGARDING LAKE DENOON ACCESS
WHEREAS, a claim has been filed against the City to extinguish
any possible rights to accesses at the end of Pt. Denoon Road,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the City
Attorney be advised that the City is interested in maintaining
this platted land for the use of its citizens to provide access
to Lake Denoon, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended not to defend
the City's interest in the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to take
the following action relative to the claim filed against the
City to extinguish any possible rights to accesses at the end
of Pt. Denoon Road: Support the Plan Commission's position
that this platted land be maintained for the use of its
citizens to provide access to Lake Denoon.
