RESOLUTION OF INTENT
(Mill Valley Parking Lot Paving)
WHEREAS, the Mill Valley parking lot is in need of up-grading,
and
WHEREAS, the School District has asphalted 1/3 of the parking
lot, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City
acknowledge its responsibility to participate in the up-grading
of 1/3 of the parking lot for approximately $6,894.00 with the
School District being responsible for the remaining 1/3 since
the major portion of the traffic is generated by the school
buses .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby express its intent to include $6,894.00
Mill Valley parking lot.
in the 1987 Budget for the purpose of asphalting 1/3 of the
