APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
by easement to Mystic Dr., in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the
a one parcel division of the Harold Bass Property, with access
NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
with access by easement to Mystic Dr., in the SE 1/4 of the NE
finalize a one parcel division of the Harold Bass Property,
1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 15, subject to
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the
Land Division Ordinance.
