RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT AND PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
FOR STATE SAND h GRAVEL AND PAYNE h DOLAN
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company and Payne and Dolan have
requested renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37 for an
Extractive Permit, and Payne h Dolan of Wisconsin has requested
permission to continue the operation of their portable asphalt
plant at its present location on Crowbar Road, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission
does hereby approve the renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37
for an extractive permit for State Sand and Gravel and Payne
and Dolan of Wisconsin for the period from July 2, 1986 to July
2, 1987.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council does hereby
grant a permit to Payne h Dolan of Wisconsin, Inc. for
present location on Crowbar Road, said permit to expire July 2,
continued operation of their portable asphalt plant at its
1987.
