CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE
(Oak Hill Estates Sewer Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as
follows~
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution #146-86 which was passed and approved on June 24,
1986;
2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order
accordance with Section 32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the

3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to construct permanent easements for
sanitary sewer improvements as shown on the map attached hereto, made
a part hereof and marked Exhibit "X";
4. That said permanent easements and other necessary temporary
construction easements will be built as set forth on the map attached
to this Amended Relocation Order marked Exhibit "X";
5. That the sites of said permanent easements and other
necessary temporary construction easements are contained in Exhibit
0, x" which is incorporated herein; that legal descriptions to said
sites are attached to this Amended Relocation Order, made a part
hereof and marked Exhibits "Y-I" through "Y-3".
6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements for
sanitary sewer improvements and certain other necessary temporary
construction easements as indicated on Exhibits "X" and "Y-1" through
"Y-3".

All that part of Outlot 3, in "Parkland No. 2", a
Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
recorded plat, located in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 3,
County, Wisconsin, being a 30.00 Ft. wide strip of land
the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said plat; thence
North 88O 54' .30" East, along the subdivision line,
517.43 Ft.; thence South 60° 32' 35' East, along the
Southerly right-of-way line of Nartin Drive, 53.76 Ft. to
the place of beginning: thence South 32O 07' 00" West,
70.00 Ft. to the point of termination. Excepting
therefrom all that part of Lot 63 and Lot 64 in said
