APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved a certified survey map to
finalize a four parcel division of the Arthur Bostater property
located in the SW 114 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council adopted Resolution F253-85, dated
October 8, 1985. approving a certified survey map, and
WHEREAS, an amended certified survey map has been submitted to
the Plan Commission to include additional land on Parcel 4, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 111-86,
approving the amended certified survey map on July 1, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the amended certified survey map t6 finalize
a four parcel division of the Arthur Bostater property located in
the SW 114 of Section 32, subject to approval by the City
Engineers.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
dedication, and all other fees required by Section 10 of the Land
Division Ordinance.
