AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE OFFERS TO PURCHASE
OAKHILL ESTATES SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Engineers have been directed to prepare the

plans and specifications for the Oakhill Estates Sewer Project,
WHEREAS, the Relocation Orders were authorized by the Common
Council in Resolution #146-86 adopted on June 24, 1986.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of the Offers to
Purchase for the Oakhill Estates Sewer Project as follows:
