OFFER TO PURCHASE
INDUSTRIAL PARK EXPANSION
WHEREAS, an Offer to Purchase in the amount of $36,000.00 has
been submitted by Lloyd S. Hamm for property having 325 feet of
Industrial Park Addition No. 1, and
frontage on Saturn Drive west of Mercury Drive in the Muskego
ERIEREAS, the City's broker has recommended that the City
prepare a counter offer in the amount of $40,800.00 with an
acceptance date by buyer of July 2, 1986, and a reduced
frontage of 285 ft.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a counter
offer be prepared in the amount of $40,800.00 with an
acceptance date by buyer of July 2, 1986 and a reduced frontage
of 285 ft. 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the submittal of a counter
offer in the amount of $40,800.00 with an acceptance date by
buyer of July 2, 1986 and a reduced frontage of 285 ft.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
