APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Richard Zach
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a four parcel division of the Richard Zach property on Tans
Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, subject
to approval of a Subdividers Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has approved the sewer
extension with no requirement to oversize for future capacity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
Tans Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, subject to approval by
finalize a four parcel division of the Richard Zach property on
the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee and $600.00 in lieu of park
Land Division Ordinance.
