APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
Parker Road in the SE 1/4 of the NW 114 of Section 21, and
a two parcel division of the Lawrence J. Stefaniak property on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
property on Parker Road in the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section finalize a two parcel division of the Lawrence J. Stefaniak
21, subject to approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee and $400.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
