ESTABLISHING A LANDFILL FUND
WHEREAS, the Future Parkland Landfill Negotiating Committee has
negotiated an agreement between Future Parkland Development,
Inc., Briggs h Stratton and the City of Muskego regarding the
proposed Future Parkland landfill, and
WHEREAS, the Future Parkland Landfill Negotiating Committee has
sent this agreement to the Common Council for their approval, and
WHEREAS, the Future Parkland Landfill Negotiating Committee would
at least 90% of the collected fees, including any possible
like to recommend to the Common Council that a goodly portion of
tippage fees, be put in an escrow account for future
environmental problems that may arise from the landfill.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby establish a fund in which 90% of the
collected fees from Future Parkland Development, Inc., be set
aside for future environmental problems that may arise from the
landfill.
