CCR1986123RESOLUTION #123-86 (As Amended) EXTENSION OF PELLMANN LANE (Pellmann) ACCEPTANCE OF PROPERTY DEDICATION WHEREAS, Glenn and Ruth Pellmann propose to dedicate a 20' x 60' strip of land at the end of the Pellmann Lane cul de sac to the City to provide for access to the Dreyfus property from the cul de sac, with all costs to be the responsibility of the Pellmann's, and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission and the Public Works Committee have recommended approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does hereby accept the Quit Claim Deed from Glenn and Ruth Pellmann to the City of a 20' x 60' strip of land at and Agreement attached. the end of Pellmann Lane in accordance with the Quit Claim Deed BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized but only on the condition that the two lines of text following to sign the necessary legal documents in the name of the City, new Quit Claim Deed is given to the City. the legal description on the Quit Claim Deed are deleted and a DATED THIS 10th DAY OF June , 1986. 0 PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE ATTEST : AZ6, ,2. -City Clerk AT.
