No. 2219.997 That part of the NW 114 and the SW 114 of Section 15, Township 5N, Range 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the W 114 corner of the said section thence N 88"13'33" E along the W 114 Section line 1,890.87 ft. to the meander corner. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego as follows: 1. Upon the following terms and conditions being performed by of assessment and assessment of the land in question will the owners to the sole satisfaction of the City, the lien be divided as stated on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof as soon as can be accomplished by the City. The terms and conditions to be performed by the owners to the City's sole satisfaction are: A. The owners shall give the City satisfactory evidence of sole ownership of all the lands in question and the right to divide such assessments as proposed; and 8. The lands shall be divided and all appropriate documents making such division shall be filed and recorded; and C. All of the above terms and conditions shall be accomplished to the satisfaction of the City on or before the 1st day of October, 1986 or this resolution is null and void and of no affect; and D. James, Jack and Douglas Verburgt accept this resolution and agreement. E.
