CANCELATION OF A PORTION OF
CERTAIN SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, the property described as Tax Key No. 2219.997 was
improperly specially assessed for 100 front feet of property wich
was properly assessed against other property by Resolution 9209-
85 and Resolution W170-84 As Amended; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to correct this error and cancel that
portion of said assessments against said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the assessments of Resolution
Key No. 2219.997 for an excess 100 front feet of assessment is
#209-85 and #170-84 As Amended against property described as Tax
and the Clerk is instructed to change the City records
cancelled to the extent of the 100 front feet excess assessment
accordingly.
