WHEREAS. the Common Council of the City of Muskeno has previously adopted
Resolution Y114-81 Deferral of the Special Assessment as to the land
in question; and

WHEREAS, the deferral period for said assessments is to run out in the
near future; and
WHEREAS, the City and Robert Klenz/Henry Osburn wish to defer said
assessment and the interest due at the end of said deferral period under
except as said policy may be varied by this resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council for the City of
Muskego, at the request ofRobert Klenz and Henry Osburn and upon
recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee, as follows:
1. That the assessment deferred by Resolution #114-81 and interest
due or to become due thereon is deferred for 5 years from the
date of this resolution, but only pursuant to the terms and
conditions of Resolution #112-86 unless specifically amended
by this resolution. """"
2. That interest shall be charged at the rate of 9% per annum on
the unpaid balance including accrued interest from the date of
this resolution until the entire assessment is paid in full.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is subject to the approval of
the City Attorney.
