RESOLUTION 11111-86
APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER
(EXTENSION OF TIME)
(INDUSTRIAL PARK EXP. SITE GRADING PROJECT - ENDERS CONST.)
WHEREAS, Enders Construction has again requested a time
extension for the Industrial Park Expansion Site Grading
Project until June 10, 1986, and
WHEREAS, the City's engineers, Ruekert & Mielke and the Finance
Committee have recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the change order for an
extension of time to June 10, 1986, for Enders Construction to
complete the Industrial Park Expansion Site Grading Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute any necessary documents in the name of the City. 0
