APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER
(Kurtze Lane Road Project)
WHEREAS, a request has been received for a 30 day extension of time for completion of the final lift of asphalt for the Kurtze
Lane Road Project, and
WHEREAS, Ruekert & Mielke and the Finance Committee have
recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Lane Road Project to allow a 30 day extension of time for
Committee, does hereby approve a change order for the Kurtze
completion of the final lift of asphalt to July 1, 1986.
