AWARDING OF BID
WATERWORKS TELEMETRY CONTROL SYSTEM
(WATER TOWER)
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the installation of a
Waterworks Telemetry Control System for the water tower in the
Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, only one bid was received, and
WHEREAS, Ruekert & Mielke and the Finance Committee have
recommended acceptance of the bid as follows:
Kamp & Associates, Inc. - $26,990
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the bid of the following firm:
Kamp & Associates, Inc. - $26,990
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary legal documents in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this cost shall be paid with funds
from the Water Tower Borrowed Money Account. 0
