DURHAMSWOOD SUBDIVISION
APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for the 17 lot Durhamswood Subdivision
has been submitted by KlenzIOsburn as a partial plat of the 73
lot Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #50-86, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject
park dedication and the 1% plan review fee, and approval of the
to the city engineers approval, submittal of $3,400 in lieu of
Subdividers Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the Final Plat for the 17 lot
Durhamswood Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
objecting and approving agencies, and receipt of payment of any
conditions imposed by the Plan Commission and approval of all
and all attorney, engineer, administrative, etc. fees.
