APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Douglas Verburgt)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
a four parcel re-division of the Douglas Verburgt property in
the NW and SW 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
property in the NW and SW 1/4 of Section 15, subject to
finalize a four parcel re-division of the Douglas Verburgt
approval by the City Engineer.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee.
