APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(Nancy Verburgt)
WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to finalize
NW and SW 1/4 of Section 15, and
a four parcel re-division of the Nancy Verburgt property in the
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map to
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
property in the NW and SW 1/4 of Section 15, subject to
finalize a four parcel re-division of the Nancy Verburgt
approval by the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the $75.00 submittal fee.
