APPROVAL OF WAIVING PAYMENT OF PARK DEDICATION FEES
(Verburgt)
WHEREAS, certified survey maps have been submitted to finalize
divisions of the Verburgt property, and
WHEREAS, the dwellings on the Verburgt property were
individually owned, with the land leased by the home owner, and
WHEREAS, the proposed land divisions will now create a parcel
for each of the dwellings, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined that the intent
of the requirement for payment of a fee in lieu of park
dedication at the time of a division of land is to require that
fee due to an additional burden being placed on the parks
system, and
WHEREAS, there are only two vacant parcels involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee does hereby waive the payment of a fee in lieu of
park dedication for each of the parcels created by certified
existing dwelling.
