SUBMITTAL OF FUTURE PARKLAND LANDFILL AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the proposed Agreement between Future Parkland
Development, Inc. and the City of Muskego will be submitted to
Committee.
the City for review by the Future Parkland Landfill Negotiating
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon receipt of the Agreement Between Future
Parkland Development, Inc. and the City of Muskego, will submit
said proposed agreement to the City Attorney, City Engineer,
Zoning Officer, Plan Commission, Financial Advisor, Auditors
and Assessor for their review.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a public hearing shall be held on
this matter.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Agreement and submits the attached Agreement Between Future
