CCR1986087RESOLUTION /ta7-a6 BETWEEN ROBERT SCHAEFER AND MUSKEGO PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF LEASE OF CITY-OWNED LAND BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby approve of the attached lease agreement between Robert Schaefer and the Muskego Parks and Recreation Board, subject to approval of the City Attorney. DATED THIS 22nd DAY OF April , 1986. I ATTEST : LEASE THIS AGREEMENT is made between the City of Muskego Parks and Recreation Board, Lessor, and Robert J. Schaefer, Lessee. The property which is the subject of this lease is described as follows, to-wit: Lands donated to City for park purposes in Freedom Square - Phase IV RENTAL: The rental of said property shall be the sum of $180.00 for the term of one (1) year, commencing on the 1st day of January, 1986 and ending the 31st day of December, 1986, with the full payment due at the time of execution of this lease. CONDITIONS: Lessee shall be responsible for the removal of any fence posts and fencing left by the previous landowner and removal of any brush as necessary for the plowing of the property. The existing trees and woodland areas are to be left as is.
