ESTABLISHMENT OF "ON-CALL" COMPENSATION FOR
MAINTENANCE PERSON
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the need for an on-
call person to be available during off hours for emergency
maintenance services at the municipal buildings, and
WHEREAS, the part-time maintenance person has the
qualifications and willingness to provide such service, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has determined that compensation
minimum of three hours time off in lieu of wages for a call-in.
for emergency type call-ins should be compensated with a
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve of compensating the part-time
maintenance person at a minimum of three hours time off in lieu
of wages for an emergency call-in during off hours.
