AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WATER PATROLMEN
AND CITY OF MUSKEG0
(Big Muskego Lake-Lake Denoon)
WHEREAS, in order to protect the City's part-time water
wishes to lease their boats while they are being used for
patrolmen against liability and boat and motor damage, the City
patrolling, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute
a lease agreement between the City and the part-time water
patrolmen for use of their boats as follows:
