DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE DISTRICT ZONING MAP
(Stefaniak - EA to A)
WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Lawrence Stefaniak to
amend the District Zoning Map to rezone that property located
at W182 S8758 Racine Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 21 from EA
to A for the purpose of creating two buildable parcels,
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the
implementing ordinance to amend the District Zoning Map to
rezone the following described property from EA to A: 0
W182 S8758 Racine Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 21
