ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE FOR SANITARY FACILITIES
AT CITY PARKS
WHEREAS, the activities at Denoon Park, Idle Isle Park, Mill
Valley School, Muske o High School, Jensen Park and Bay Lane
School baseball comp f exes, and the Old Muskego Settlement
Centre require the installation of portable restrooms, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board and the Finance
Committee have recommended that the City enter into an
agreement with Metro Sanitation, Inc. for the rental of
portable restrooms for a total of $3,474.00, with the cost of
the units at the Old Muskego Settlement Centre in the amount of
$270.00 to be paid by the Muskego Historical Society:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee and the Parks and Recreation Board, does hereby
authorize the execution of an agreement between the City and
Metro Sanitation Inc. for the rental of portable restrooms for
a total of $3,474.00 as listed above, with $3,204.00 to be paid
with funds from Acct. 57300-2400, and the remaining $270.00 to
be paid by the Muskego Historical Society.
