AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL FROM
CONLEY, McDONALD, SPRAGUE & CO.
(WATER RATES)
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the establishment of a rate
structure for water service in the City of Muskego, it is necessary to make application to the Wisconsin Public Service
Commission (PSC), and
WHEREAS, the assistance of the City's auditing firm, ConleY,
McDonald, Sprague & Co. is required to coordinate the
preparation of the necessary information to be submitted to the
PSC, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
attached proposal from Conley, McDonald, Sprague & Co.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the proposal from Conley,
McDonald, Sprague & Co. as attached.
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to sign the
proposal in the name of the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment of this service shall be
from the Water Utility account.
