ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTES FOR FORCED SEWER HOOK-UPS
WHEREAS, the following quotes have been obtained for sewer
hook-ups :
JOHN LANG TRENCHING
W162 57924 Bay Lane Place (Robert Kallin) $ 1,661.00 W163 S7973 Bay Lane Place (Jeff Verburgt) 1,170.00 S81 W17085 Woods Road (Jack Verburgt) 4,830.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended acceptance
of the above quotes from John Lang Trenching.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer
Committee, does hereby accept the quotes from John Lang
Trenching for forced sewer hook-ups as follows: 0 W162 S7924 Bay Lane Place (Robert Kallin) $ 1,661.00
W163 S7973 Bay Lane Place (Jeff Verburgt) 1,170.00
S81 W17085 Woods Road (Jack Verburgt) 4,830.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to sign any
legal documents in the name of the City.
