APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
(INGERSOLL-INDUSTRIAL PARK)
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve of the Amendment to the Offer to Purchase submitted by
Ingersoll Cable Corporation for Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2 in the
Muskego Industrial Park.
