furnished to all persons or organizations receiving a Class "B"
Picnic License (Gathering Permit).
TO ALL CLASS "B" PICNIC LICENSE GRANTEES
You have been granted a Class "B" Picnic License by the Common
Council of the City of Muskego to sell or furnish fermented malt
beverages. Because of recent Court decisions in Wisconsin
dealing with the potential liability your organization faces when
you serve beer the following checklist is furnished to you in
hopes that it will assist you in protecting your group from
liability exposure.

PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE RECOMMENDATIONS:
