APPROVAL OF 1986 AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0

a1 WHEREAS, the City of Muskego currently provides several he
insurance plans for the employees, and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of an
Agreement between the City of Muskego and Maxicare at the
following rates for 1986:
MAX I CARE
Single Coverage - $84.09 Family Coverage - $222.65
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the 1986 Agreement and
authorizes the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Agreement with
Maxicare in the name of the City.
