CCR1986054RESOLUTION 1\54-86 (As Amended) AMENDMENT TO UNIFORM LOCAL BAIL BOND SCHEDULE WHEREAS, a uniform local bail bond schedule was adopted by the Council on 2/14/84 and amended on 11/27/84, and WHEREAS, the Rules, Laws and Ordinance Committee has recommended an amendment to the Cable TV ordinance to require a maximum of $500.00", and forfeiture for cable tampering of a "minimum of $125.00 and WHEREAS, the Common Council, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare Committee has adopted Ord. 11548 relating to obscene materials and performances, for which a forfeiture amount is also required, and i I I WHEREAS, Municipal Judge Peter Lentz has recommended a bail schedule of $125.00 for cable tampering and $125.00 for violation of the pornography ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the Local Bail Bond Schedule to include a bail schedule of $125.00 City of Muskego, does hereby amend Exhibit A-2 of the Uniform for cable tampering and $125.00 for violation of the pornography ordinance.
