RESOLUTION #50-86
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
DURHAMSWOOD SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat for Durhamswood Subdivision, a
proposed 73 lot subdivision in the NE 114 of Section 11 has
been submitted to the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, with
that portion of the parkway extending south from Woods Road and
continuing to the southern boundary of Durhamswood Subdivision
being removed from the Highway Width Map.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat for the
Durhamswood Subdivision with that portion of the parkway
extending south from Woods Road and continuing to the southern
boundary of Durhamswood Subdivision being removed from the
Highway Width Map.
BE IT F'URTHER RESOLVED that prior to the submittal of the final
plat, a developer's agreement acceptable to the Plan Commission
and Common Council shall be executed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
