AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
FOR SYSTEM 36 COMPUTER
WHEREAS, the City has purchased the System 36 Computer, and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego may participate in maintenance
agreements at reduced rates through SEWRPC with Sorbus, Inc.
for the maintenance of the IBM equipment and Decision Data for
the Decision Data equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval for
maintenance of the following equipment in the amount of $434.27
per month:

0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the expenditure of $434.27 per
month for maintenance of the above equipment, and authorizes
the City Clerk to enter into an agreement with SEWRPC to
include the above equipment in the maintenance agreements that
SEWRPC has with Sorbus, Inc. and Decision Data.
