AUTHORIZING UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL SERVICE
FOR INDUSTRIAL PARK EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the need to provide
electrical service to the expanded Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the most economical way to
provide this service is by building the system upon request of
an electrical user as needed, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that 8320 KVW
underground service be provided, and
WHEREAS, it has been recognized that underground service has an
additional cost which is not reimbursible to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
underground electrical service to the electrical users in the
Committee, does hereby approve the installation of 8320 KVW
expanded Industrial Park upon request, with any cost for
increased service over 8320 KVW to be the responsibility of the
user.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk, in
execute any agreement with the Wisconsin Electric Power Company
consultation with Mooney and Associates, are authorized to
to provide 8320 KVW underground electrical service as requested
by users in the expanded Industrial Park.
