APPOINTMENT TO LOCAL NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE
(Future Parkland Landfill)
WHEREAS, four members were appointed to the local committee for
Future Parkland Development, Inc. concerning the proposed waste
the purpose of negotiating, and if necessary, arbitrating with
2/12/85, and
facility in the City of Muskego in Siting Resolution 1/27-86 on
WHEREAS, one of the members, Ald. Ralph Tomczyk, has resigned
from said committee effective immediately, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint a new member.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT- RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, does hereby appoint the following member to
the local committee for the purpose of negotiating, and if
necessary, arbitrating with Future Parkland Development, Inc.
concerning the proposed waste facility in the City of Muskego:
