ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTES - DPW TRUCKS
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee reviewed bids obtained
through the Waukesha County Public Works Association for two
trucks included in the 1985/86 Capital Budget, and recommended
approval of the following low bids:
Pick-Up Truck
John Lynch Chevrolet
Patrol Truck
Badger Truck Center, Inc.
$ 9,245.21
$49,166.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept the low bids as stated above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Public Works
is hereby authorized to execute the necessary legal documents
in the name of the City.
