AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES

WHEREAS, 1984 Personal Property Taxes in the amount of $477.65
have not been paid by SelecTV, and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to
cancel the uncollectible amount of $477.65 due to the City for
1984 Personal Property Taxes not paid by SelecTV. 0
