APPROVAL OF CHANGE ORDER
(EXTENSION OF TIME)
ELEVATED WATER TOWER - NA-CON SERVICES, INC.
WHEREAS, Na-Con Services, Inc. has requested a time extension
of three weeks for the erection of the water tower to March 22,
1986, due to time lost during extreme weather conditions, and
WHEREAS, the City's engineers, Ruekert & Mielke and the Finance
Committee have recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the change order for an
extension of time to March 22, 1986, for Na-Con Service, Inc.
to comulete erection of the water tower.
